- HOW TO MEASURE: Pull tight along the outer seams of your sham, then measure the middle of your sham, from seam to seam - height and width - to find the correct insert needed.
- RECOMMENDATION: For best results, your pillow insert should be larger than your sham to correctly fill the corners of the pillow cover, this will provide a very attractive firm and fluffy look to your sham, we recommend to place our inserts in shams that are 1" or 2" smaller than the pillow, It would depend on the thickness of the sham, a thick fabric would need a 2" larger insert to keep it fluffed, a more lighter fabric would need a 1" lager insert.
- USAGE AND CARE: For indoor use, with all types of shams & covers, before first use, and as needed, fluff up your pillow a few times, to get it a full plump look, this will help it last for years!

Furniture Delivery:
We charge a flat fee of $69.00 on all local furniture orders for postal codes starting with “L” and “M”. If delivery is not available to your area, you can schedule to pick up your furniture at our warehouse. If pick up is not an option for you, please reach out by email or phone and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Customers can pick up the items from our warehouse to save on delivery cost.
Pickup:
We provide easy pickup from our location. Please reach out to our customer support team for availability of item and pickup hours before you plan to pickup. Please bring your invoice, credit card used, and Picture ID to pickup your items.
Shipping:
Beside furniture, which is local delivery only, we ship all other products all over Canada for a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $250.00. For orders exceeding $250.00, we offer free shipping. All canvases larger than 40" wide can only be delivered locally or picked up in store.
Exchange and Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the the product.
In order for us to accept your return, the item must be:
- Packed (or repackaged) securely in its original packaging
- Free of any and all damages
- Unassembled (and was never assembled)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
All made to order items, custom items, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, mattresses and mattress protectors, rugs, paints, clearance items & liquidation items are non-refundable and are final sale.
For unopened items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. For opened items, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery to our warehouse.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage or wrong item was delivered, you must notify us prior to assembly and within 48 hours of delivery. Send us the picture of the damage by email info@getsethome.ca. Once we receive your email, we will be forward it to the manufacturer, and the case will be dealt with accordingly per your situation.
It is important to note that certain products, like wood and leather, are natural products and may come with slight imperfections in finishes. These are not considered defects, they are simply the nature of the product and are not covered under warranty.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel you order at anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. However you will responsible for a 10% restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 2- 3 weeks to reflect on your account. This is due to bank delays etc. which are beyond our control.
Warranty:
All our products come with at least a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The term begins from the date of delivery. This warranty is not applicable on open box, clearance and liquidation items.
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
We will repair or replace, at no charge to you, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal residential use and maintenance.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship e.g: irregular use, wear and tear or accidental damage etc.
