• Easy installation and storage design - featuring 4 short straps and 2 auxiliary long straps, making it easy to connect in just a few minutes. Our straps are pure stretchable and easier to store than those with a hard lining (including storage bags)
• Easy Mounting & Storage Design - Design with 4 short tie straps & 2 long straps, make it easy to attaches in only a matter of minutes. Our Carrier is purely malleable, more simple to store than the carrier with stiff inner-lining ( storage bag included ).
• Waterproof - PVC Materials - The torrential downpour will test merely water resistant materials to their limit and likely result in damp or soaked contents. But our car top carrier is coated with PVC to aid in waterproofing ( inside and out), NOT ONLY WATER RESISTANT like other brand.
• 4 Tough Straps - More Security- Alongside carrying capacity, stability is arguably the most important factor in a car top carrier. We Provide 4pc wide straps & 2pc 3M straps. To some extent, the more straps used to fasten the carrier to the roof the better.

Furniture and Area Rugs Delivery:

We charge a flat fee of $50.00 for all local furniture, large wall art, and rug orders in postal codes starting with 'L' and 'M.' If delivery is unavailable in your area, you can schedule a pickup at our warehouse. If pickup is not an option, please contact us by email or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Customers may also pick up items from our warehouse to save on delivery costs.

Pickup:

We offer convenient pickup from our location. Please contact our customer support team to check item availability and pickup hours before your visit. Be sure to bring your invoice, the credit card used for purchase, and a picture ID when picking up your items.

Shipping:

Besides furniture and area rugs, which are available for local delivery only, we ship all other products across Canada for a flat rate of $15.00 on orders under $250.00. For orders exceeding $250.00, we offer free shipping. All canvases larger than 40" wide can only be delivered locally or picked up in-store.

Exchange and Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Packed (or repackaged) securely in its original packaging
• Free of any damages
• Unassembled (and never assembled)
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and considered final sale: made-to-order items, custom items, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, mattresses, mattress protectors, rugs, paints, clearance items, and liquidation items.

For unopened items, a 15% restocking fee will apply. For opened items, a 35% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery to our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage or if the wrong item was delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and prior to assembly. Send a photo of the damage to info@getsethome.ca. Once we receive your email, we will forward it to the manufacturer and address the issue based on your situation.

Please note that natural products like wood and leather may have slight imperfections in finishes, which are not considered defects but a characteristic of the material and are not covered under warranty.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel you order at anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. However you will responsible for a 10% restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 2- 3 weeks to reflect on your account. This is due to bank delays etc. which are beyond our control.
