Constructed on a loom by nomad Turkman people with hand spun wool and 100% natural vegetable dyes this beautiful rug is known for the beautiful pattern. The contemporary fashion palette produces bold, sharp pattern that is ingeniously versatile as the pattern is the same in the front and back. The double-sided rug is designed to be used both ways being one side has the light shade, rather the other side has brighter and can be used to preference. The beautiful rug is made by individual short strands of different colour being knotted onto the warps and held together by pressing the wefts tightly. The design is made by interweaving the variously coloured wefts and warps. Kilims are known to be one-of-a-kind rugs due to their durability and versatility. An intricate design and exquisite coloration make this all wool rug a standout piece for any room. Because of each rug's handmade nature, no two are exactly alike, and quantities are limited. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibres. Brushless attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors. Turn carpet occasionally to equalize wear. Clean spills immediately; if liquid, blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Use of a rug pad is recommended.


What is the Kilim Rug?
Kilim, a word of Turkish origin, denotes a pileless rug of many uses produced by one of several flat weaving techniques that have a common or closely related heritage and are practiced in the geographical area that includes parts of Turkey (Anatolia and Thrace), North Africa, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Central Asia and China.

Shipping & Return Policy

Furniture Delivery:

We charge a flat fee of $69.00 on all local furniture orders for postal codes starting with “L” and “M”.  If delivery is not available to your area, you can schedule to pick up your furniture at our warehouse. If pick up is not an option for you, please reach out by email or phone and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Customers can pick up the items from our warehouse to save on delivery cost.

Pickup:

We provide easy pickup from our location. Please reach out to our customer support team for availability of item and pickup hours before you plan to pickup. Please bring your invoice, credit card used, and Picture ID to pickup your items.

Shipping:

Beside furniture, which is local delivery only, we ship all other products all over Canada for a flat rate of $15.00 for orders under $250.00. For orders exceeding $250.00, we offer free shipping. All canvases larger than 40" wide can only be delivered locally or picked up in store.

Exchange and Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the the product.  

In order for us to accept your return, the item must be: 

  • Packed (or repackaged) securely in its original packaging
  • Free of any and all damages
  • Unassembled (and was never assembled)
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

All made to order items, custom items, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, mattresses and mattress protectors, rugs, paints, clearance items & liquidation items are non-refundable and are final sale.

For unopened items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. For opened items, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery to our warehouse.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage or wrong item was delivered, you must notify us prior to assembly and within 48 hours of delivery. Send us the picture of the damage by email info@getsethome.ca. Once we receive your email, we will be forward it to the manufacturer, and the case will be dealt with accordingly per your situation.

It is important to note that certain products, like wood and leather, are natural products and may come with slight imperfections in finishes. These are not considered defects, they are simply the nature of the product and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel you order at anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. However you will responsible for a 10% restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 2- 3 weeks to reflect on your account. This is due to bank delays etc. which are beyond our control.

Warranty:

All our products come with at least a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The term begins from the date of delivery. This warranty is not applicable on open box, clearance and liquidation items.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. 

We will repair or replace, at no charge to you, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal residential use and maintenance.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship e.g: irregular use, wear and tear or accidental damage etc.
