* Payment method is through the website, E-Transfer, or Cash.
* At the moment no HST is taken off from the pruchase.
* Buyers who have no intentions to buy and is using malicious language to communicate with the seller through Messenger or Email may get refused or blocked by GetSetHome for current and or future transactions.
* Buyer can pay through GetSetHome site, Item will be arranged for pickup once purchased next business day. Email will be sent to buyer for pickup dates and time with pickup address.
* Buyer inspects the items before leaving premises as this will be a final sale.
* No refunds or exchange will be given in case buyer changes their mind after taking the item.
* We try our very best to accurately describe and present each item with a description and clear pictures, however pictures and description may vary with the size and it is possible that size may be offset by a fraction as specified in the description. Mostly information has been taken from a manufacturer or retail website.
* Buyer must be latest 18 years of age or older in order to purchase items on the site
* We encourage personal inspection of items when verification of specific details is required by the buyer.

It is the buyers’ sole responsibility to ensure that item is free from faults, defects, recall, or any other hazard or revocation as provided in the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regardless of statements or claims that are made directly or indirectly by the seller.
* All items committed to sale have been subject to due diligence either by the seller or a known third party and are legally held and committed to sale under various federal and provincial regulation and legislation.
* If for any reason, items is not what it is described on the site, buyer can bring the items back with the receipt and in its original packaging.
* If Buyer takes the unassembled item and damages it while assembling than it will not be considered as malfunctioning item.
